1. Using Fellow Progress

These terms apply when you use the Fellow Progress website, KLAI or related account services. By continuing, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 to create a KLAI account.

2. What we provide

• KLAI, a self-guided wellbeing product that creates personalised audio practices.
• Personal sessions with Richard Buchanan, booked separately.
• Talks, workshops, team insight and reflective sessions for organisations.
• Client resources and outcome measures where these form part of agreed personal work.

3. Wellbeing and safety

KLAI is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or an emergency service. It does not guarantee a particular result. Do not use audio while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention. Stop a practice if continuing feels uncomfortable or unsafe.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in links and account secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You must not misuse the service, bypass access or usage limits, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use it to harm or harass another person.

5. KLAI free week and membership

New eligible accounts receive a seven-day daytime trial, subject to the allowance shown in the product. KLAI membership is £9.99 per month and includes Day and Sleep. The price and billing frequency are shown again before checkout.

Membership renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel from your account; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Stripe processes payment details. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

6. Personal sessions

Personal sessions are provided by Richard Buchanan and are subject to the scope, confidentiality, safeguarding, payment and cancellation arrangements agreed during booking. Any service-specific terms shown at booking also apply.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may change, suspend or retire features for safety, legal, security or operational reasons. If a change materially affects a paid membership, we will give reasonable notice where possible.

8. Intellectual property

Fellow Progress owns or licenses the site, audio, software, writing and visual materials. Membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use KLAI. You may not resell, republish or commercially distribute its content without permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Fellow Progress is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the service. The service is intended for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

10. Law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update them as the service changes and will show the current date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
