Hi, I’m Richard.
A life strategist, cognitive hypnotherapist, and the person behind Fellow Progress.
What working together can look likeThe person behind the practice
You can be good at what you do and still find it hard to switch off, trust yourself, or say what you need.
I work with creators, founders and people who carry a lot of responsibility. You might be replaying conversations, feeling on edge when nothing seems wrong, or noticing that the life you’ve built no longer feels quite like yours. You don’t need a particular job title to recognise yourself here.
Before this work, I spent years in strategy, design and creative environments. I know how much of ourselves we bring to the things we do, and how easily our own needs can slip out of view.
You deserve space to work out what fits you now.
That is the idea behind Fellow Progress: strategy for humans. A familiar way of coping may once have been useful. Together, we can explore what still helps, what asks too much of you, and what you would like to do differently.
Personal sessions give us space to explore that together. I also created KLAI, Fellow Progress’s AI-powered guided-audio product, for people who want a practice they can use on their own, during the day or as they settle for sleep.

Personal sessions
A place to begin, wherever you are.
Start with what matters to you
We begin with something happening in your life: a worry, a familiar reaction, or a decision you keep circling. You do not need a polished explanation.
Make room for another perspective
Through conversation, focused attention and imagination, we explore the response that shows up and what could fit better now.
Find what fits your everyday life
You have a say in the pace and direction. We reflect on what feels useful and how it translates into the moments that brought you here.
A small next step
You don’t have to
work it all out first.
If you’re considering personal sessions, send me a short message or a question. We can explore whether working together feels right for you.
